For Drone Hunter — Air Defense 3D

Effective Date: October 22, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user," "you") and Rivgo Games ("we," "us," "our"). This agreement governs your use of the game "Drone Hunter — Air Defense 3D" ("Game") and its related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not download or use the Game.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not transfer or sublicense these rights.

2. Age Restrictions

The Game is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. By using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13.

3. In-Game Purchases and Advertising

The Game includes optional in-game purchases, such as cosmetic items, in-game currency, and the option to disable advertising. All transactions are processed through the Google Play platform.

The refund policy for in-game purchases is governed exclusively by the policies of Google Play. We do not process refunds directly. All purchases are final, except as provided by the platform's rules.

The Game displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, such as Google AdMob.

4. Intellectual Property

The Game, including all its code, graphics, music, characters, and other assets, is the exclusive property of Rivgo Games. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game without our prior written consent.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree not to use the Game for any illegal or prohibited purposes. The following actions are forbidden:

To decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Game.
To use cheats, exploits, bots, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
To use the Game or any of its elements, including gameplay videos, to create, distribute, or promote content that supports, justifies, or diminishes the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

Violation of these rules may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Game without notice.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we and our third-party partners, such as Unity, Google Play, AdMob, and Firebase, collect, use, and share information. The Privacy Policy is a separate document and will be linked within the Game.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Game or its suitability for your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rivgo Games shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
